Rector - Tim Pullen
Tim has been Rector since October 2013. He worked in business for 10 years before training for ordained ministry at Cranmer Hall, Durham. Tim served his curacy in Coventry and then led a thriving church located just outside the city. Before coming to St Leonard’s Tim served for 5 years as Sub-Dean at Coventry Cathedral.
Tim is married to Jo and they have three adult children, and a granddaughter who helps remind them of their age!
Curate - Chris Pearse
Chris moved to Wollaton from London to serve his curacy at St Leonard’s. He worked as an actor for a while before becoming a Worship Leader at St James, Muswell Hill. Chris has particular responsibilities for our ministry amongst families, children and young people. He is enthusiastic about sharing his Christian faith and helping others discover more.
Chris is married to Trine and they have two young children.
Curate - Karen Hanford
Karen has lived in Nottingham for most of her life and worshipped at St Michael’s, Bramcote for many years. She worked for some time in the Probation Service. Karen trained at St John’s Nottingham and was ordained in 2017. She has a particular focus in ministry amongst some of our more long-standing members and has a heart to see people continue to grow in their faith throughout their lives.
Karen is married to David and they have a son who is also ordained.
Churchwarden – Ali Hatton
Ali is one of our wardens. Ali has many years of experience in different churches around the Diocese. As a churchwarden Ali works closely with others in leadership and helps ensure that life at St Leonard’s runs smoothly.
Churchwarden – Val Sutton
Having moved around England and worshipped at various churches wherever she and her family lived, Val finally came to rest at St. Leonard’s 40 years ago.Since that time she has been involved in many roles within the church and local community and has recently become our second Churchwarden.
Together with Ali, her role is to work closely with the leadership team to ensure everything runs smoothly at St Leonard's.
